Experienced Project Manager
Are you the project manager who knows glass inside and out?
We’re seeking a seasoned glazing project manager who doesn’t just coordinate projects, you own them from start to finish. You walk onto a jobsite, instantly recognize what’s working and what’s not, and know how to fix it. You understand labor needs, the right systems for each job, and how to adapt when field conditions don’t match the drawings.
Qualifications
The Professional
• 5+ years of project management in storefront, tenant improvement, or high-end residential glazing.
• Deep technical knowledge of glazing systems, glass applications, and installation methods.
• Strong financial management skills with proven success in budget control and labor planning.
• Experience working directly with GCs, PMs, and superintendents.
• Ability to research and source technical information independently.
The Person
• Analytical, breaks down complex issues and finds solutions quickly.
• Technically curious, always willing to dig into new systems and components.
• Financially minded, understands how profitability depends on tight controls.
Relationship-driven, builds networks that keep projects running smoothly.
Self-sufficient, works independently and anticipates needs.
Detail-oriented, spots potential problems before they escalate..
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: $105,000 to $150,000 per year (DOE, skills test or evaluation required).

Commercial Glazier
Are you the glazier who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship?
We are seeking an experienced commercial glazier who knows how to install, repair, and perfect glass systems in a variety of commercial settings. You understand the details that matter, from accurate measurements to the right sealant applications, and you thrive in environments where safety, quality, and teamwork drive every project.
Qualifications
The Professional
• 3 or more years of experience as a commercial glazier or in construction glazing.
• Skilled in storefront installations, tenant improvement projects, and frameless glass.
• Able to install Herculite doors, sidelites, and apply sealants correctly.
• Comfortable with general maintenance tasks that support project completion.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Equipped with a basic set of glazing tools.
The Person
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Physically capable with stamina, dexterity, and comfort working at heights.
• Detail oriented with precision in measuring, cutting, and fitting glass.
• A problem solver who adapts quickly on site.
• A clear communicator who works well in a team environment.
Education and Certifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed apprenticeship or on the job training.
• Vocational training preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay range: $24.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on experience.
